A place of good energy that houses a community united by the culture of simplicity and history based on believing in the inexplicable.

The first ancestors discovered the region when looking for refuge, after the Dutch invasion of Porto Calvo. From there, the blue-green sea invited the emergence of the first local jangadeiros. 

The story tells that one of these fishermen found a piece of clay covered with algae in the sea. When washing the piece, he realized that it was Saint Michael the Archangel. 

Days later, in the same place, a source of drinking water with an inexplicable healing capacity appears. This is how the region received the name of São Miguel dos Milagres.

Over the years, respecting its roots, we became what we now know as the Miracle Ecological Route.
